What do you see?
I know what I see...but, just curious to know what you see before I finish it.
Funny how you can make an image out of spontaneous hand painting. Yes, I used my hand. It was fun to just splat it on there without thinking while listening to Hot Chip, this band my sister has passed onto me. They are quite the blend of a million different sounds at once. Guess that's where I got the urge to blend anything I pulled out of my basket of paint.

GIANT
It's hard to make all these decisions on my own so far from home: what kind of groceries to get, how often should I go out for a beer, if I should walk home alone at 4 am after my studio sessions, who I should bring in to my studio sessions, how to keep professional relationships, if I should plan on staying in LaLA LAnd after I'm done with school in Sept or go back to NJ?
phewww. Tough call, right?
It's like I've been on this cross country road trip with no map. BUT, the cool part, I can now split some of the gas money and still have fun because I picked up this GIANT hitch hiker who happened to be heading in the same direction. Yea, you probably will see us roaming the boulevard (yes we are foot tramps and one day soon we'll move up to rubber tramp status) or in a coffee shop working up to the day we put a spotlight on this hollywood undercover scene.
Really, you won't miss us, he's a freakin GIANT. And don't be surprised if you find yourself saying, "Heeeyyy, IS THAT JACK......?"

One Person Romance
Remember NAT NASTY?
Well, the debut of her first hit parody of Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" is out...
and let me just say first off, not only do I want to write, record, produce and perform my own music (and for others as well) but I now have a new obsession for video editing. I was getting frustrated most of the time while piecing this together because just like Garage Band, iMovie limited me to the effects and transitions. I was trying to do things I had no idea I was aware of in film editing. Jeeyyysus! When will I stop trying to do it all!!!???????
Regardless of there not being enough hours in a day, I loved every second spent on this project. AND can't wait for the next one.
LNE Production is quickly becoming an entertainment power house, right out of my own Lipid Zulu Studios in LaLA LAnd, Ca...
Here it is, the premiere of Nat Nasty's ONE PERSON ROMANCE:

Tattooooo
So I started a new tattoo last week while Nat Nasty was visiting...
Bandit is the artist and quite the character. He's got a snake tongue and he talks suuuuuper fast. I have to try and understand what he's saying by vowel sounds. He's an awesome artist and can't wait for him to finish this thing.

I CAME HERE TO...
work with someone on my own songs who loves what I do and is great at what they do.
to work with someone who talks deeply like I do.
work with someone who sees far beyond the simple words and phrases.
to work with someone who cares just as much about the lyrics as they do about the music.
work with someone who thinks I can do this.
to work with someone who will support me and not hinder me.
I've started, but still in shallow waters.

Sisters
I'm on the complete opposite end of the country from my sister and we're building a stronger connection than when we lived in side by side rooms at home in NJ.
It's official, we are now twins... take a look:

I wasn't there but thanks to BBM, (yes, we are crackberry whores) I went through the whole moment with her laughing as she said her face was vibrating!
I got these 3 stars when I was 17 and they represent the 3 stars of Orion's Belt. I learned about him in 5th grade and have been in love ever since. He's been watching over me and now he can watch over my sister for me too until we meet again.

NAT NASTY
This is an LNE Production:
I just finished up filming a music video in my own Lipid Zulu Studios for the up coming artist, Nat Nasty.
She had a great idea and I couldn't help but take her vision farther beyond what she expected.
Also, we had the pleasure of bringing in the great Jackson Church who so effortlessly took on the role of John Mayer.
Yours truly had such fun directing this duo and is so excited to share it with you that instead of getting to work on editing the actual video, I made you all a little sneak peak at our behind the scenes action.
